Colline Cariló Residences

This high-end residential development, located in Cariló on the Atlantic coast of Argentina, brings together forest and sea in a unique natural setting. From the outset, the studio played a central role in shaping the project’s vision, being entrusted with the full creative direction of a development of significant scale. Conceived as a series of luxury residences immersed in nature, the proposal combines architectural quality and comfort with a strong connection to its surroundings, offering a refined and serene living experience.

The studio was involved from the very beginning, leading the creative direction across all aspects of the project. A unified creative framework was developed to define the project’s character with clarity and intention, ensuring consistency across every expression of the development, from its identity to its overall experience.

The work developed by the studio is rooted in the site itself. Built on land originally linked to the founders of this iconic coastal forest town, the project draws directly from its context, the pine forest, its textures, and its natural elements. The visual language emerges from this environment, from the forms of pinecones to the rhythm of the landscape, shaping an identity that is intrinsically connected to place.

The iso is constructed by a system of curves, proportions, and layered shapes inspired by the pinecone’s structure, the stepped architecture of the building, and the soft topography of the dunes.

A feminine sensibility was embedded into the project from its conception, beginning with the name “Colline.” Conceived as a quiet and harmonious presence within nature, carried across the project’s different expressions.

The studio also directed the development of the renders, establishing visual criteria to ensure the architectural and conceptual qualities of the residences. This processs involved close coordination with architects, developers, interior designers, and landscape designers, aligning the contributions of each discipline into a cohesive editorial piece.

The editorial brochure was developed as an extension of the project’s overall creative direction, translating architectural information into a visual language aligned with the identity of Colline.

Architectural drawings, plans, and technical material were carefully adapted and refined to integrate naturally within the aesthetic framework of the project.

The studio led the creative direction of the project through an ongoing dialogue with every discipline involved in its development to extend this vision beyond the architectural setting itself into the project’s communication and commercial presence.

The approach was from macro to micro perspectives, from the spatial identity of the development to its representation through models, presentation pieces, and transportable modules designed to establish presence in different contexts.
